    • Built a network dataset in ArcGIS Network Analyst to evaluate service areas and accessibility related to housing needs and essential services.
    • Analyzed housing, land use, and demographic datasets to support Eugene’s Contextualized Housing Need analysis, synthesizing 50+ variables for citywide planning.
    • Conducted network-based spatial analyses of housing conditions and development opportunity areas using ArcGIS Pro, informing municipal planning decisions and future growth scenarios.
    • Presented technical findings, maps, and housing analysis updates at public technical advisory committee meetings, supporting stakeholder review and planning decisions.
    • Performed quality control and spatial verification of historical records using SQL and GIS tools, improving data accuracy and consistency for 200+ records in the City of Eugene’s Cultural Resources database.
